For security reasons, wedding booklets, travel documents, passports or contracts are scanned in pdf and you can keep them on your PC / mail / cloud or server. Old photos and text documents can also be converted into JPG or Tiff files so that you can later insert them into Word or other layout programs. Maximum resolution is 600dpi.
Optical Character Recognition
It is also possible to scan existing texts on paper and convert them into a Word file thanks to the text recognition (OCR)
Printing on demand
Our scanners are also a handy tool for teachers and Cudi's: paper courses from the prof are digitized and tracked for later reprints.
